Scenario:

A suspect develops a friendly relationship with a cage cashier. He/she then attempts to corrupt the cashier into not recording his numerous ticket cash-outs.  What is this known as?

Answer:

Evading/circumventing the Title 31 tracking system, this is a criminal act.  If the cashier complies with the customer's wish, the employee could face civil and criminal penalties, up to 10 years in prison.
