Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR)

The Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) compliance program is our published internal standards for currency and suspicious transactions of our customers.

This program is designed to ensure the integrity of casino operations by promulgating and adopting effective internal controls for currency transaction reporting.  We are also committed to implementing employee training programs to identify and prevent illicit financial activity in our casinos.

All SARs and CTRs are to be kept on file for 5 years.

If the casino is robbed or burglarized, a SAR is not required if reported to authorities, but let's start at the beginning.
