Records of each receipt of funds by the Casino on behalf of a customer.

Records, which would enable the Casino to reconstruct a person’s account or to trace a check, deposited with the Casino’s name of the bank of deposit.

All records that are prepared or used by a Casino to monitor a Customer’s gaming activity.

These documents must be complete and accurate!
