Title 31 Definitions

CASH IN – The amount of currency received by a casino.

CASH OUT – The amount of currency paid out by a casino.

STRUCTURING – Any manipulation to avoid reporting under Title 31.

SMURFING – Turning a big transaction into small ones.

MULTIPLE TRANSACTIONS – Multiple transactions that occur during a gaming day.

MULTIPLE TRANSACTION LOG - Log used to track a customer's activity.

THRESHOLD – The level of buy-ins or cash-outs at which we begin to track a patron’s currency transactions.
